Role Overview:
My client is seeking an experienced Claimant Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, ranging from complex, high-value cases to more straightforward claims. You will take ownership of cases from start to finish, engaging with clients, conducting legal research, drafting documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. You will also participate in business development and work collaboratively with a skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of claimant clinical negligence cases from inception to conclusion.
- Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and negotiate settlements.
- Represent clients in court, ensuring excellent advocacy.
- Provide exceptional client care, with sensitivity and clear communication.
- Contribute to business development and promote the firm's services.
- Work with other team members to manage multi-track cases.
